An action must be brought within 3 years of injury. If the defendant is an architect, professional engineer, or contractor, the action may not be brought if the injury occurs more than 10 years after the entire improvement became available. In all other cases, action may not be brought more tan 20 years after entire improvement became available. MD. CODE ANN., CTS. & JUD. PROC. ยง 5-108.
